Own the social presence for Leo The Way and a roster of ambitious client brands — strategy, content, publishing and community, end to end.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
  • Shape platform-native strategies, hooks and formats with our creative and AI teams.
  • Write captions and content briefs; coordinate shoots, edits and publishing schedules.
  • Manage communities — replies, DMs, collaborations and creator outreach.
  • Track performance, build monthly reports and turn insights into next month's plan.
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform shifts, bringing fresh test ideas every sprint.

What you bring

  • 2+ years running social media for brands — agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong copy instincts and an eye for scroll-stopping creative.
  • Fluency with scheduling, listening and analytics tools.

Open doors and build the pipeline — connecting ambitious brands with the studio's creative, AI and media capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Identify, research and qualify prospective clients across key categories.
  • Run outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls; book and lead discovery meetings.
  • Build proposals and pitch decks alongside our strategy and creative leads.
  • Own the CRM — pipeline hygiene, follow-ups and weekly forecasts.
  • Represent the agency at events and industry meetups in and around Kolkata.
  • Hit quarterly meeting and revenue targets with full team support.

What you bring

  • 1–3 years in business development or sales — agency, media or SaaS preferred.
  • Sharp written and spoken communication, comfortable in the room with founders and CMOs.
  • A self-starter mindset — organised, persistent and target-driven.
